Consumer Warranty Issues

Please use this form if you are a customer who has purchased one of our products through a retailer and feel you may be experiencing a fault with the product. Please note however that the best course of action is to contact the retailer/store you purchased the product from first before continuing with the form below. The retailer will be able to handle any warranty concerns on your behalf and will generally be able to assist you directly.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If a fault is found, where possible we prefer to replace the faulty part rather than the whole unit. This is done, not because it’s cheaper (it generally isn’t) but because it’s a bit better for the planet, the less unnecessary waste that ends up in the landfill the better! Once we have assessed your warranty claim we will notify you of the next step, which will either be gathering more information or shipping out the replacement part/s needed to resolve you claim.
